3. Shut down all processes: "$ORACLE_HOME/opmn/bin/opmnctl stopall" and "$ORACLE_HOME/bin/emctl stop iasconsole"
4. Upgrade using the script:
"mrua.sh -oracle_home /u02/ora10G/10G_Biz -oid_host isstoa1.csc.dk -oid_ssl_port 636
