1. Continued on the WebDiscoverer installation... version was too new... how to back to the 10.0.2.1.2 version... sooooo.... back to downloading more than 5 Gb of data....
2. It is still very troublesome..... Errors out at the end with:

Will have to install this in an entire new user......

Have scratched the initial(second) installation..... made a new user "ora10G" from where everything will be installed.....
Installed the Oracle Applications Server 10.G release 2(10.1.2.0.2)
Had to change the listener port for OA_PROD(as 10G requires 1521), so I changed all to OA_TEST and the 8002/1523 ports
(While doing this, a problem showed for adpreclone on the dbtier: RC-40001 and RC-50409 during execution of adfcgclone.pl dbTier - Doc ID: Note:343079.1)

Installed the Oracle Applications Server 10.G release 2(10.1.2.0.2) Infrastructure.... (they have to be separate)

1. Installed the TelePay2 patch on DEVL... Following the installation documentation in the "Telepay.doc"
Prereq is the patch:
