1. Had a Prio 1 problem: 100% on the
primary disks for isspoa2; problem is partly that the backup of the
RDBMS has not been since the upgrade, and as such all
archivelogs remains on the system, which led to the disk being 100% full...
2. Applied patch 4901634 to the OA_PROD(isstoa1) environment; and restarted the Apache server(issue with images not being generated)
